FpML validation : reference implementation
Systemwire is a participant in the FpML Validation Working Group, which gathers business level validation rules. In addition, Systemwire makes available the only complete reference implementation of these rules in CLiX.
Expressing the rules in CLiX yields a number of advantages:
- Precision - the rules complement the natural language description and eliminate ambiguity
- Directly executable - the web based validation service, as well as the full FpML validator execute the rules directly. The rules remain visible and document instead of being buried in code, and can be flexibly tailored, grouped and disabled.
