The xlinkit Rule Workbench Maintenance Package gives you priority access to technical support, and gets all upgrades to you as soon as they are available.

You can purchase the Maintenance Package whenever you purchase a new version of the xlinkit Rule Workbench. The package is available on a yearly basis for 20% of the product price.

priority support Response time to queries, depending on critically, between 1 and 3 business days. Continuous status updates for issues resolution.
immediate release access Access to minor and micro upgrades and fix releases as soon as they become available, through the included update manager. Continuous operation is guaranteed with upgrades within minor versions.
issue tracking Access to the Systemwire JIRA Issue Tracking System, letting you raise issues directly to the development team and track progress.
renewal The Maintenance Package runs for a period of 12 months, starting from the day of purchase. Systemwire operates a positive renewal policy, you will be sent a renewal option 30 days before termination of your package, no automatic billing will take place.

Systemwire does not offer general phone support or on-site support. The maintenance package does not include any training or general consulting on the use of Systemwire products. Such services can be negotiated separately and are provided by Systemwire or Systemwire's professional services partners.

Systemwire's maintenance agreement and access to product issues are part of Systemwire's business philosophy of providing full transparency, user involvement, and a user-oriented strategy for product development.
